Dear MassBLAST Graduate,
You recently received a letter from Goodman Research Group by way of your MassBLAST library. The letter told you what has been happening with MassBLAST recently, and also asked you to visit the MassBLAST web site if you were interested in taking a brief follow-up web survey.
Thank you for typing in and visiting the web link! You have arrived at the web page with information you need to read before you begin the survey. Please read the information on this page and choose the radio button below that tells us whether or not you agree to participate in the survey.
If you agree, all of your survey responses will be confidential; only the Goodman Research Group (GRG) team will read and review the responses. All GRG web surveys are password protected; once you fill out the survey, we use a secure server to save your answers. When the findings from the web survey are shared, you will not be identified by name. Your anonymous information will be very helpful for the MassBLAST team, and they want to thank you in advance for your help.

After you complete the survey, you will be asked if you would like to have your name entered into a drawing for an iPod shuffle (1 GB) and a $25.00 gift certificate from iTunes. If you are interested, you will then be asked to enter your email and/or a preferred way of being contacted.
